The National Automobile Dealers’ Association (NADA) has unveiled its dealership decal programme across South Africa, aimed at helping consumers make confident, informed decisions about where to purchase or service their vehicles.

This initiative introduces NADA-accredited dealerships to a new level of visibility and trustworthiness, with decals prominently displayed to signify their commitment to excellence. Each decal includes a QR code that links directly to the NADA website, offering a wealth of resources to inform and guide buyers. 

Brandon Cohen, National Chairperson of NADA, emphasises the importance of trust in the competitive automotive market. “In a marketplace brimming with choices, selecting a dealership with a proven reputation for integrity ensures a smoother and more satisfying experience, backed by professionalism and high-quality service,” he says.

The NADA decal serves as a mark of assurance, signifying a dealership upholds NADA’s stringent Code of Ethics. By scanning the QR code, consumers can access:

  • NADA’s Code of Ethics, which promotes integrity and transparency.
  • Dealer compliance and consumer protection guidelines.
  • The latest industry updates and insights.
  • Resources to improve customer experiences and dealership standards. 

NADA represents nearly 1 500 franchised motor dealers nationwide, setting benchmarks for transparency, professionalism, and adherence to the Consumer Protection Act.
