Lexus has introduced a new chapter in its flagship SUV range with the launch of the LX 700h, the first hybrid version of the model. This means all Lexus vehicles now offer hybrid options, reflecting the brand’s shift towards more sustainable motoring without compromising on performance or comfort.
The LX 700h is available in three variants – Overtrail, F SPORT, and VIP – each tailored for different driving experiences. The petrol hybrid model is powered by a 3,5-litre V6 engine, producing 341 kW, making it the most powerful LX to date.
A diesel variant is also available, delivering 225 kW. Both engines are paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission designed for smooth and responsive driving in a range of conditions.

The Overtrail edition is designed for off-road performance, featuring a four-wheel-drive system and 18-inch wheels to handle tough terrains. It comes with seven seats and is available in a new exterior colour, Desert Moonlight. This version is aimed at those who want a combination of adventure and comfort.
The F SPORT model focuses on a dynamic driving experience with a distinctive black mesh grille, 22-inch aluminium wheels, and F SPORT trim. Inside, it includes dimpled leather seats with embossed details, offering a balance of performance and refinement.
For those prioritising luxury, the VIP edition provides enhanced comfort with reclining captain’s chairs inspired by NASA technology, along with ottomans and massage functionality. The seats recline up to 48 degrees at the press of a button, offering a high level of relaxation for passengers.
The latest updates also include a wireless front charger and seat massage function, which come as standard on the VIP model, further enhancing passenger convenience.
