Mazda Southern Africa has broadened its national service network with the addition of two new dealer partners, making it easier for customers in key regions to get support and care for their vehicles.
In the Free State, Morgan Mazda Welkom is now operating as an authorised Mazda Service Agent. While the workshop was already serving the community, it now falls under the Group Morgan banner. This move ensures Welkom customers can continue to rely on the quality of service associated with the Mazda name.

Meanwhile, on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast, Halfway Mazda Port Shepstone has also been appointed as an authorised Service Agent. Known for putting the customer first, the Halfway Group will now be the go-to for Mazda owners in the region. The dealership will offer full after-sales support for all Mazdas, from routine servicing to parts, making sure local drivers are well looked after.
This expansion is a key part of Mazda's plan to grow its footprint across Mzansi, guaranteeing better access to aftersales care and a consistent experience of Omotenashi – the brand's unique approach to personal, heartfelt service.
"Our dealer partners are crucial in making sure every Mazda driver gets the expert attention they deserve," says Bonite Van Der Merwe, Managing Director of Mazda Southern Africa. "By joining forces with respected groups like Morgan and Halfway, we're not just expanding our map; we're reinforcing our promise to deliver the quality and convenience that keeps our brand strong on South African roads."
