Mazda Southern Africa has launched a national Courtesy Service Programme, offering eligible customers the use of a complimentary Mazda vehicle on the same day their car is booked for service.
Available at all 33 Mazda dealerships nationwide, this initiative forms part of the Mazda Care suite of services. It is designed for owners of most Mazda models, excluding the Mazda2 and CX-3. To qualify, customers must hold an active 5-year unlimited kilometre service plan and warranty, covering vehicles like the Mazda CX-5, CX-60, CX-30, and Mazda3.

The programme aims to minimise disruption for owners when their vehicle requires maintenance. Upon booking a service, eligible customers will receive a courtesy vehicle – either matching their model or potentially an upgraded version – allowing them to continue their daily activities.
Bonite Van Der Merwe, Head of Operations, Sales & Service at Mazda Southern Africa, stated, “We recognise that our customers’ time is important. The Mazda Care Courtesy Service programme offers more than transport; it provides reassurance that daily routines need not be interrupted by a service booking.”
This service reflects Mazda's approach to customer care, drawing on principles of hospitality. It is presented as an extension of the brand's commitment to ownership experience and its broader 'Mazda Your Way' promise, which includes the existing 5-year service plan and warranty.
The initiative is intended to maintain customer mobility and convenience while their vehicle is being serviced. Terms and conditions apply, and Mazda encourages customers to confirm details and availability with their local dealer.
