Land Rover South Africa has revealed pricing for the new Range Rover Sport SV Carbon at R3 822 300, the vehicle slotting into the performance range alongside the Sport SV and SV Black. This carbon-focused variant emphasises lightweight construction, modern luxury and dynamic prowess, making its global debut on recently at Monterey Car Week.
The SV Carbon sets itself apart with extensive carbon fibre detailing. A standard Forged Carbon Exterior Pack provides stealthy accents, including around the Active Quad Exhausts. Buyers can upgrade to a Twill Carbon finish, recognised by its diagonal weave, or opt for an exposed carbon fibre bonnet. The model offers four exclusive paint colours plus selections from the SV Premium Palette.

Standard equipment includes lightweight 23-inch forged alloy wheels paired with Anodised Black brake calipers. For enhanced performance, clients can specify ultra-lightweight 23-inch Carbon Fibre Wheels. Carbon Ceramic Brakes are optional, available with calipers in Blue, Yellow, Carbon Bronze, or Black.
Inside, four interior themes cater to different tastes. Choices include perforated Windsor Leather seats in Ebony, Rosewood/Ebony, or Light Cloud/Ebony, alongside a leather-free option using perforated Ultrafabrics in Cinder Grey/Ebony. Forged Carbon trim features on seatbacks and the dashboard, with Twill Carbon as an alternative. Moonlight Chrome accents and illuminated SV treadplates add further distinction.

Power is delivered by a 4,4-litre Twin Turbo V8 mild hybrid petrol engine, producing 467 kW and 750 Nm, crowned with a carbon fibre SV engine cover. This enables a top speed of 290 km/h. The vehicle benefits from the Range Rover Sport SV's 6D Dynamics Suspension, using hydraulic interlinked air suspension with pitch and roll control for improved stability during cornering, acceleration, and braking.
Exclusive to the SV models is the Body and Soul™ Seat (BASS) technology for front occupants. This system creates a multi-dimensional audio experience where sound can be physically felt, aiming for immersion and potential wellness benefits.
