For buyers needing maximum towing ability and off-road capability, the Wildtrak 4x4 retains the highly regarded 3.0-litre V6 turbodiesel engine producing 184 kW and 600 Nm, paired with Ford’s 10-speed automatic transmission and advanced 4WD system.
The Wildtrak retains its bold and distinctive styling with exclusive exterior detailing, LED matrix lighting, sports bar, premium alloy wheels and signature Wildtrak accents. Inside, the cabin remains one of the most refined in the segment, featuring leather-accented seats, a large vertical touchscreen with SYNC infotainment, digital driver display, wireless smartphone connectivity and advanced driver assistance technologies.
Another important update across the revised Ranger range is that the engine now features a timing chain instead of the previous wet timing belt design, addressing durability concerns raised by some owners of earlier models and improving long-term maintenance confidence.
